Run Away

Never in my 69 years have I seen anything like the lack of professionalism shown by Inland Paving. We're talking a 500 sq ft driveway. THREE times we scheduled the work. THREE times they were a no-show. And all THREE times, they never called. We eventually tracked them down and got a "sorry - we'll make it right" Number 1: John (the owner) was in an accident (the week BEFORE) and his schedule is really backed up. OK - let's reschedule. Number 2: John's nephew died. OK - let's reschedule. Number 3: Nothing. Doesn't answer phone, text or email. Finally his son answers his phone (12 hours after the scheduled appointment) and says there's been a death in the family and they're in the car now. Then hangs up. Note that this is our 2nd home, and we are not always there, so each time, we took off work, drove 250 miles, and waited - for nothing. On the plus side, John (a good Christian) always says "God Bless You" -- after calling my wife "sweetheart" etc. I have absolutely no idea how they sta

I called to get a quote for a retaining wall and the phone was answered very unprofessionally. The Lady did not even use the company name. Then when I asked if it was Inland Paving she rudely replied that they were too busy to even give me a quote. I would never use this company even if they were not busy do to the lack of professionalism on the phone. Perhaps they need a new receptionist with some manners.

Quality work!! Inland Paving was very professional and transformed the first impression our clients received when they pulled up to our business. We will DEFINITELY continue to use them for all of our maintenance!!
