We had Shawn come out to our house to give us a quote on our front yard a few months ago. We envisioned something that we wanted, but Shawn gave us some really good suggestions and we ended up going with his design. We don't regret it at all because it looks amazing. We weren't quite ready to jump in and get it done, and Shawn was not pushy at all with his sales, which I really appreciated. After a few months we decided to go with them and the house looks great. Shawn kept tabs on all the progress and the crew finished early! Crew was great, very respectful of the house, worked hard, and really knows what they are doing. I am very proud of my front yard. All my neighbors love it too!

Brandon and his team were awesome! He patiently consulted us and still came in within budget after design changes. We love our yard so much! The turf looks amazing a year later. No issues with drainage after the crazy unusual rains. We are getting ready to update the next section of our yard and are excited to work with Brandon again!

What a great paving company! Brandon B. came out on the first call with a fair and honest estimate on our large project. From that day on we received incredible work and craftsmanship throughout the paving of our new driveway. The crew run by Fernando A. were considerate and very competent every day of the job. I could not recommend this company more. Do yourself a big favor and stop being "sold" what you don't want to spend for something from other paving "specialists" - IID was a dream to work with from day one. Always available and always making sure the customer comes first and is 100% satisfied throughout the project. Excellent guys! Thank you for your honesty, integrity and A+ work.

I would definitely recommend Install IT direct. This is the most professional company I have ever worked with. They were constantly communicating with me. I felt like every question or concern was answered immediately, which was very important as I decided to do my backyard project at 9 months pregnant. I really appreciated that they moved their schedule around to accommodate me and were able to complete everything before my baby arrived. Steve was in charge of the project and he was constantly in touch via text, phone calls, and email. I appreciated that when we were midway through the project his manager called to check on progress and any concerns I had. We had turf put in our backyard and the end project looks fantastic. Install IT was not cheap but it was very professional and I truly believe we did it the right way and will not have problems in the future. Definitely 5 star company.

We had such a great experience with Install It Direct and our project manager Emily for our backyard renovation project. We first met Emily with no clear idea of what we wanted other than a modern patio & outdoor kitchen. Emily helped us conceptualize and design something that I know we couldn't have designed alone. We trusted her design aesthetic completely and we appreciated her attention to detail and quick thinking. Using the materials thoughtfully to elevate the space is definitely one of Emily's strengths. The whole process was easy and quick from demo to completion. Andy and his crew were so friendly and finished the huge job in about two weeks. Now we are so stoked to have our dream outdoor entertaining space. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Emily & Install It Direct!
