I have no clue what kind of guys you hire. I was on my way out from a parking lot in the morning and one of your workers starts screaming at me. Meanwhile he's blocking the exit lane because he's painting the arrow on the ground. I approach the opposite way, stop my car before the exit of the garage and this guy starts screaming and waving his arms at me. First off, I felt in danger so early in the morning and a random guy was screaming at me and acting crazy. He could have attacked me for all I know. He had no company logo, no cones were laid out, no signs were seen. Secondly, I stopped to see which way he wanted me to exit since there's no other way out. Third off, he's blocking the exit lane. Now how does someone exit a garage that only has one way out???? Very unprofessional and it was unfortunate I had to deal with this starting my day. The guy wouldn't even give me his name & wouldn't even answer when I asked why he was hysterically screaming at me. I have this incident of the A-hole recorded on my dash cam so you can't deny what happened no matter how hard you try. I hope you guys hire employees who are more professional and have the decency not to scream at people they see. I'm really really disappointed by what I had to deal with at the start of my day. I hope other people don't have to deal with the same thing I had to. I called this company today to complain and when someone picked up the phone a guy said with attitude "who is this?!?" And I replied "is this Milewski Services?" The guy didn't want to answer if he was a part of the business or not, he just kept replying "who is this?!?!" with a major attitude problem. Why would I give out my information to you if you did not confirm whether you are a part of the business or not. You are the one listing your telephone number as a professional business. So answer the goddamn phone with some courtesy and professionalism. Your worker screamed at me and you did the same thing giving me attitude right at the start. Who knows the guy I called might even be the same guy who screamed at me in the parking lot. This business is a joke. Never before have I been so disrespected in my life, so blatantly. I have the whole situation recorded on my cars dash cam and I will go to the BBB and present to them what had occurred. This guy painting and the "owner", probably the same guy claimed to have laid out cones to divert cars and for safety. That's all BS! Your guy who has who you claimed worked for you for 20 yrs is lying. He was blocking and in the exit lane to the garage and no cones were anywhere near him or the entry lane. This guy just started hysterically screaming at me for no reason what so ever. Just take responsibility for you employee and your company, because the conversation I had with you on the phone gave me insight as to what a damn joke this company but worth my time to find out how you handle business. Believe me I will go to the BBB with the dash cam video and report you, cause calling to complain about how your worker acted did nothing because I got a lame sorry and "I don't know what you want me to do?" ,"you want me to fire him?" As a business owner take responsibility and apologize sincerely cause why the F would I make an effort to look up and call you to complain if the incident was nothing.
