So impressed with this company and the simple courteous gesture of a door knock to let us know our street was closed for the next 4 hours. Wow, wow is all I can say. I beyond appreciated this and it left an amazing impression on myself and my neighborhood as it was done for each and every resident. I wish this company an endless road of success! Truly amazing!!

This company needs to work on training their "supervisors" of the work crews on customer service. They were working on the street in front of a home we are renovating and they left a notice on the house that the street would be closed for two days. We had a rolloff scheduled to be delivered the second of those days, so I called the rolloff company to delay the delivery. The morning it was rescheduled for (when the street should have been reopened), I was told by the crew that the street was closing again. I spoke to Rhonda, the crew supervisor and I could not have been more disgusted. Her entire attitude toward the issue was "tough luck". She even told me she "didn't care". She told me to call the county because that's who was responsible. She stated that they had given us warning the street would be closed. When I told her the notice had dates for the two days prior, she said, 'well that was probably the notice for the blah blah (I don't recall what it's called), now it's closing for sealing." She even threatened that if the street was driven on after they worked on it that we would be charged to redo it. I asked her if Foothills was going to pay for the delays with our project and of course she just scoffed. Her attitude and demeanor was crass and she couldn't care less about anyone except herself. There was no "we're sorry for the inconvenience" or even "I wish I could help". Nope! Nothing like that. As she walked away, she even cussed at me saying "today is full of a**holes". I will be posting poor reviews everywhere I can think of. And if management of Foothills Paving reads this, her name is Rhonda. She needs some significant training in customer service.

Rude workers, no notice they were hopping to close down my whole neighborhood, get home from work and i can't go home. Then the two guys they had at the entrance were as rude as could be. Im surprised they even have 2 stars.
