Brown Brothers was hired to fix some drainage issues on our parking lot. They started last week, tore everything up, then two days were missed understandably due to the snow. However, there have now been a few sunny days and no sign of the team that should be working on our lot. We were told it would be a one week project, looking at the other reviews here it is sounding more like one month. I called my Property Manager for an update and he told me he had been trying to reach the folks at Brown Brothers for an update and he had not received a call back. I tried calling Brown Brothers today myself to escalate the issue and was told they can't talk to me because our property company is who engaged them, and the woman would not escalate my concerns. So now I am leaving this post to warn other people since apparently my concern was not worth passing up the ladder.

I met with Matt at one of my properties I manage in Denver CO. The property has multiple jobs that need to be done. I met with him on April 22,2016 and its now May 23,2016 and I have yet to receive anything. He will not call me back or respond to my emails. On May 4,2016 I sent Hannah the Lead Sales Assistant an email and she said he would get back to me by May 9,2016. I work for a growing real estate management company and this could have opened many doors for them to bid out and work on. They obviously don't need the business and if that's the case than they could been professional and tell me that. Best of luck and I will be sure to take my business else where throughout my career of managing real estate in Denver.

They are repaving our condo units. The project was supposed to be 2 weeks. Now after 4 weeks they are only half done. Their workers are mostly nice but when there is a problem its big. They dropped nails in the parking lot and when I asked them about it the worker said what, do you want to park here? YES!!! its a PARKING LOT.... Yesterday one of the workers at lunch was playing music in his car that had one of those big base speakers that was so loud my chair inside my home was vibrating. The guys were hanging around after work as well. Thats ok, but till 9pm? Plus they take up all our parking with their own personal vehicles and equipment. When asked if they are going to pave for the day one guy was honest and said he had no idea. The supervisors don't really tell them. So I asked a supervisor and he was confused, and while honest, had no idea either..... Real lack of communication and just plagued with problems.
