Unethical staff. Very unprofessional owner by the name of, Pedro! Unethical supervisors, running the team employee crews. The supervisor, by the name of (Loy) treats the employees like slaves, while they are pushing ther last breath to finish the work in the hot weather. He calls them name like gay, fat asses, pigs.. he doesn't let them get there half hour lunch even after working over time, or more than 4-5hours-"He humiliates them by laughing at them and talking about them, in their faces. He gets real mad if he sees someone eating, he gets mad and judges employees, by their appearance. He over loads job duties to the employees he don't like. while many employees have complained to the owner, the owner does nothing to change the situation.. because the owner and supervisor are related. many employees have quit, for these reasons, even with a good pay who could work under that kind of treatment?? The company itself is short on staff/crew, this is a very difficult heavy job requiring many hours of physical activity under the sun, they expect one raker to complete the job of three- while others keep on with there duties, the raker can't finish up by himself, and gets mistreated and harassed. Beware
