Nick and Mike are extremely nice guys. We had our driveway extended by about 8'. They came on time and were extremely professional. There is a no BS type of run around like you get with other people. They are to the point and get the work done. I am very pleased with what they did not only in extending my driveway but also in the appearance after they sealed it. It looks like a new driveway. I will only use them now for any type of driveway repair or work. My neighbor is having his driveway done now after seeing mine. This type of customer service is rare these days, it's extremely rewarding knowing that people still take pride in what they do and do a good job. A+! -Nigel

I had used NM Seal Bros for a couple of years to seal my driveway and had a good experience until last year. They came out and sealed over cracks that were in my driveway without sealing them first. I called them to inquire about why they did not fill the cracks prior to sealing my driveway and I was told that they charge extra for that. The job was completed when I was not home and I did not receive a call to ask if I wanted the cracks filled for an addition fee. I would have paid the extra few dollars. I explained that I was not satisfied and offered to pay extra charge and wanted them to come back. They were too busy and refused. When I said that I would go to Fairfax County Consumer Affairs about the situation the F word started along with other curse words. We ended the call and I received a call back with big apologies because on their side, a wife had overheard our conversation and demanded that I receive a nice call back and to make things right. Mike called back an apologized and agreed to come out and go over my driveway with me. We met, shook hands and he agreed to come back out in the Spring. I thought that we had an agreement and so I waited until Spring when I called to get on their schedule and was told they were busy and that they would definitely get me on the schedule. Well, the entire summer went by and still, they were too busy to come out. They assured me that they would be out by the end of the season in the Fall, but again that did not happen. My final call to them was picked up by Nick and he told me that they were not going to do anything that they had agreed to and that was it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I was led to believe that would take care of things as they promised but in the end I have a driveway with unfilled cracks. It is amazing to me how they would lose a client, one who referred them to numerous neighbors and my clients over less than $50.00 It has been a few months since I last spoke to them, but did not forget my promise that I would rate their company online so that nobody else has to deal with simular issues and customer service of NM Seal Bros. If you know of a good company to refer, I am looking for one to complete my driveway as it should have been completed by NM Seal Bros. I asked them to come back and I would pay and they said that they were too busy to come back and the season was ending so

I just had my driveway sealed, and observed as they worked. I really appreciated the attention to detail...nothing missed, and no slop. The brothers were very friendly, and the price very reasonable.
