I would give no stars if I could. They are all great until they get the job and get paid. The job looked great for about a month. Then the bricks started caving in as if they didn't compact the ground properly. I contacted them, they made appointments to fix it, but never showed up. Then they avoid your phone calls. Bottom line: AVOID THEM

One of the WORST companies that I have ever had deal with! Their customer service especially a lady named Lily, are rude and can care less about the customer. They are liars and unprofessional. They were supposed to come to our house to fix some pavers that were taken out to fix our AC and never did, stating that they came to the house and no one was there, when we were sitting on the couch waiting for them. I called to tell the office that I never received not even knock to be told that I missed the ONE phone call with no voice mail and it was my problem, the only thing they can do is have someone out for the next day. I was then given the same time for the day after and was told that they would be here between 11:30 - 12:00, they didn't show up until 1:30 pm and doing a poor job on top of it! When we would call to see where they were since this was the second day to change our plans they kept saying they were on the corner of the street on their way and upset that we kept calling. If you need bricks or pavers for your house the LAST company that you want is Brick Paver Group! As a mother of 3 under 3 we value our time and our money. Having people, like Lily and the company owner, be so rude and disrespectful are the last thing that people need. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!

As a doctor it is very hard for me to put time aside for any home remodeling project or update. These guys made it very simple for me and my wife. From their initial contact to the completion of our deck and our driveway, it was all a smooth process. We love our pavers. Thanks guys. Finding the ideal paver was very difficult and time comsuming. We were very undecided on the different types. marble; travertine, brick, stone and others that I cannot even pronounce. We have an older home and the ideal pavers we decided to install after consulting with different designers was brick. We are glad that we hired Brick Paver Group and we are delighted with our new back yard and pool deck. We will not move for atleast another 15 years. Thanks to some changes and upgrades that we have done.

Choosing the right pavers was definitely not easy. It was easy however choosing the right paver company after we finally found these guys.. There are just too many choices out there and many other paver companies either didnt speak english or they just tried to push other products on us simply because they didnt know what we were talking about. We are extremly satisfied with both the work and the pavers that were installed in out home. Thanks guys.
