Cricket Pavers of Miami

Cricket pavers remodeled our pool deck and installed artificial turf in our backyard and did an amazing job. Ariel and his crew provided first class service, were always on time and provided us with an awesome customer service experience. Jose the installer is a true craftsman and artist, he installed our French pattern pool deck to the exact pattern that we requested. I don’t usually write reviews or give companies a 5 star rating but I must say that if you’re looking for a top notch outdoor living company look no further than cricket pavers.

Cricket Pavers and their team did an amazing job on my driveway! It's absolutely gorgeous! Ariel and his team were fantastic. Always available. And most importantly, the final product is great.

Scheduled an appointment at 8am one day for an estimate. Ariel did not show up and said he thought it was a 9:30 appt. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for another day at 9:30am. Again, did not show and made up a false excuse then did not contact me again though I tried to reach him multiple times. I am VERY dissatisfied in the fact that Cricket Pavers cannot complete the simple task of coming out to my home to give me an estimate. How would I trust them to show up to do the job or give them my hard earned income. This company lost my paving job and I do not recommend them.

We recently contracted Cricket pavers, (Ariel)to remove an old circular driveway and replace with concrete slab. After doing our homework and receiving several estimates, we finally decided on Cricket pavers. I couldn't be happier with their work. We had a tight timeline and unfortunately we were impacted by heavy rains. Despite this, Ariel and his team managed to complete the work on time and it looks amazing!!! He kept us informed throughout and was easily accessible when we had questions. They are a great company to work with and I am pleased with the experience. Than you Ariel and team.

I don't usually take the time to write a review but after recently moving to Miami and experiencing the extreme dishonesty and corruption of most contractors here I felt it was very important to highlight the great work and professionalism of Ariel, Cricket Pavers. First of all, Ariel showed up, on time, to give us an estimate for removing our concrete driveway and replacing it with pavers, and adding on a circular driveway. Showing up is not really something that should be praised in a normal review, but this is a review for a company in Miami. One common feature of contractors in Miami is that they make appointments and don't show up, don't call, and will show up days later like nothing is wrong or not show up at all. Extremely unprofessional but seems to be the standard way of doing business in Miami. Ariel show up prepared. He had brochures, material, took measures and provided an estimate on the spot. The job was not a small job, it was 2300 sq ft. I already had three other estimates and Cricket Pavers was not the cheapest but we decided to go with Cricket because they seemed to be the most professional business we met. My wife and I already had the pavers we wanted in hour heads but Ariel provided us with an extensive live of paver jobs he had done in Miami and strongly encouraged us to go around and look at the jobs to see how the pavers "worked" with the different houses. We can't thank him enough for the recommendation. After visiting many of his previous jobs, we decided to go with a different paver and color, and we couldn't be happier. The workers arrived on schedule and worked their butts off. I had a few issues with sprinklers but I had told Ariel I would be rerouting them myself. Well, the sprinkler job was a little more difficult than I expected and the workers gave me the time and space I need to get my work done. I'm sure I caused the paver setting to be delayed but I didn't hear one complaint from Ariel or his workers. In short, Cricket Pavers and Ariel, were extremely professional at every level, from how they deal with you as a customer to the work they do. I will be using Cricket again next year to redo my pool and patio area. Cricket Pavers, highly recommended.
