In 2013 my husband and I built our dream home in Pablo Reserve and used Atlas Pavers for our Pool patio, walkways and courtyard, to the tune of $34K. It looks absolutely amazing and we had no issues getting the job finished in a timely manor. However, It wasn’t the best experience when we needed service. Homes do settle after new construction and our pool patio did in several locations. One area specifically was a hazards for tripping and one area a paver completely fell into a drain. I called Jeff to come by and give me an estimate on 4 locations. I’m not sure that he ever made it by, but after 9 phone calls, multiple voice mails and conversations with him, he finally just stopped calling me back. Fortunately we had an excellent builder and he sent GreenPoint Pavers and Landscaping by to take a look. They fixed all areas the next day and we are back in business. It looks like new again. My point..........Atlas does great work, just don’t plan on service once the jobs is completed!!!

DO NOT USE THEM! Their guys drink on the job and leave their beer bottles and they also leave the patio a mess. They never came back and cleaned up the sand that was left, never cleaned up around the decking area and has HORRIBLE customer service. They were contracted through Palace Pools and seem to like to blame each other.

We had a wonderful experience with Atlas Marble and Tile. They did a pool remodel for us and patio. The job was done in less that 2 days with expert workers. Jeffery, the owner, was easy to reach and very hands on and met all of my wants. I will refer this company to all of my friends and family.
