"I don't care - it ain't my house" - this says it all. Extremely, extremely unprofessional in the field. The operators/customer service professionals will tell you what you want to hear, but the problem obviously lies in management (team leaders) and workers. My neighbor and I have complained a couple of times each about consistently leaving water meter covers open in the front yards of our homes - it has caused injury to two children in the past in our development and it's simple to put back on - since they are the ones who open it. Just today, a new neighbor was having their meter area pumped (over a week after it began leaking, city's fault) and then dirt was put over it. As it was being added, one worker said the quote above, "I don't care, it ain't my house!" - I mean, dirt dumped all over their walk, no regard, it could have been done differently - Plate was XB1125 by the way so show them some "love". :-D lazy, lazy people, I've been tailgated by their "team leaders" and when you follow them and take their plate all of a sudden they are relaxed - it's the worst department/group of people I've ever come into contact with in my existence. Just hope you don't have to deal with them. I don't know why they are so miserable but maybe if they do their job they can get a raise.
