While the paving work was satisfactory - - after being rescheduled for over a month because they had other jobs come up or were waiting for the permits, which were actually issued a month before RockStone said they were to add to a further delay - - the clean-up work and restoring the surrounding area were not satisfactory at all. The sod that was damaged along the patio was not replaced. When Karina at RockStone was called about repairing the damaged sod, she advised that they don't fix any of that, it's the homeowners responsibility. Also, as the project went on, conveniently there items omitted in the original estimate that we assumed were included because we had specified what we wanted from the beginning, only to find at the end that there were now additional costs added to the final bill. NOT A VERY PROFESSIONAL OPERATION! Would not recommend them to anyone! Only gave them one star because we cannot post without a star for a rating.

RockStone did a beautiful job. Several of my friends came to see the pavers, and two are going to have them do work for them. One friend was looking for a mistake but could not see one, he is one of my friends that is going to call RockStone. The job turned out so beautiful! The men were polite and worked like they had worked together all their life. They were friendly and worked hard(this is not a easy jog) they cleaned everything up before leaving, they even made sure there wasn't any sand or debris in the street. They really did earn their money!

First off, went to the showroom, it was closed during normal business hours. So called the number from the note on the door. Return call came the next day, only for the lady to state that they only do jobs valued at $2300 or more. So I was not please, because they should advertise Large jobs only. Such a waste of time for bad customer service!

RockStone did a fabulous job adding pavers to our lanai and back yard. Karina was wonderful to work with explaining the process and working with me to ensure the end result would be exactly what we wanted. Everything happened just as she promised and they guys sent to do the job were professional and friendly. They left my house and yard as clean as they found it which we greatly appreciate.
