It's my place of employment

Aug 1, 2016
Absolutely the worst customer service and poorly ran business. They had a project in Downtown Boise on 15th and Jefferson in which they dropped the ball in many ways. I was driving down 15th and hit one of their numerous 4" potholes that they neglected to fill and bent my front right wheel. Boise Police arrived and were very helpful. The claim progressed and went to C and A's adjuster who denied the claim solely on a testament that he fabricated from the Officer (I called the officer immediately to confirm what the adjustor told me the officer said was accurate, it was completely false). The day after my incident they had a crew of EIGHT workers and heavy machinery to fix the road (this road had been in poor shape for weeks as reported to me by the officer). Despite them urgently taking care of the obvious issue they claim they are not at fault. I was driving 15mph through this intersection and now have about $1,000 in damage that I have to pay for. C and A Paving is inconsiderate and unreasonable in their interactions with the public. Their office manager claimed that talking with me was above her pay grade so I'd need to talk with the owners who she refused to let me speak with. I'm thankful that they fixed the road weeks after it should have been fixed due to my accident for the sole reason that this did not happen to someone else. Just in the 20 minutes waiting for the officer to arrive I observed five other cars hit the pot hole and have to pull over the check their tires. Absolutely ridiculous. If you have construction and paving needs I would go with a company other than C and A Paving, they are incredibly negligent and not a contributing community member.
