As the co-owner of the strip mall where our office is, we recently completed a complete remodel of the building. It was time to re do the parking lot and we received 3 different bids - one was 18% higher and 2 were within 5% of each other. Maul took the time to help us find the most cost effective way to completely redo the entire lot. We have a restaurant as a tenant and Maul was awesome in terms of getting the job done with as little disruptions as possible - including working Sunday evening. Extremely happy with the process, the finished product and their incredible dedication to quality. Parking lot now looks as good as the "new" building!

I received exceptional service, the crew arrived early with more equipment than necessary. They arranged for the Permits from the city while other companies told me it was my responsibility. The city of Batavia inspector came out three times during the day to inspect the process of the job. The City Inspector was happy with the progress and clean professional work that was performed - If they Like it I Love it.

Poor quality and lack of detail on workmanship. Very difficult to work with owners Chris and Eric to resolve the issues. Lack of responsiveness to return emails & calls even after sending pictures. Eventually fixed the workmanship but just a frustrating and time consuming ordeal. Never again!

Getting the work done is simple enough - I scheduled a date with a quick phone call. Then i received an invoice for $30 more than I expected, and the customer service person sent a snarky reply. I left it at that and sent in the payment, but I won't call Maul again.
