Dailys Paving

Seriously lacking decorum and professionalism. These workers were repairing a road in front of my house. They broke fencing around one of the tree planters, then the driver, trying to shield himself with the truck door, urinated in the middle of the street in broad daylight. I called their office to speak with someone and give them the truck info etc. . No one answered the phone or ever returned my call. So my recourse is to leave my complaint here, since apparently they can't be bothered otherwise.

As someone that owns and operates their own business regionally in several states, I understand my company is judged by its weakest link. If I have an employee that is the weakest link, my company is judged by that weakest link. And today I met the weakest link at Dailys Utility Restoration Services My associate and I drove onto a street we drive down to park and conduct our business everyday as usual. There were cones that said construction but previous crews let us pull into out alleyway because we conduct our business and have an office there. This time the manager of the crew (and truck driver) approached our car took off his construction white hat threatening us ready to fight and yelling at us nonstop not giving us a chance to explain, he just took his hat off ready to fight us, (in my face wanting to fight) meanwhile we were very polite as we always are. every time we tried to speak he would not listen he just chose to stare my face and take his hat off and continue with his tie tirade in my face. Does this company train its employees to threaten total strangers on the street as a way of conducting its business. We would give this service a zero star review but the site won't let us. To have the workers of this company (and a manager) threaten us with physical harm and continue to stand there wanting to fight is crazy. Just last week a previous work crew let us drive up to our driveway once we explained we have an office a few doors down and heavy equipment to bring upstairs (and there was no problem with that. I do not like being threatened by this man whipping off his white hat ready to fight us and us just trying to talk wo raising our tone. I will write to this company until this employees actions are addressed. I will also upload a photo of the truck he was driving and the man that threatened us. It was totally disgusting (his behavior) and needs to be addressed immediately. Nobody likes to be threatened and the actions of this individual is totally unacceptable. PS Tried reaching out to this company to speak to someone from various numbers on the internet with no response and or invalid numbers all of them were not working If you allow this kind of behavior from this employee you are judged by that weakest link. BGE hires the absolutely worst contractors to do work, including this company.

Contracted by BGE to fix lawn after a gas leak. I, the customer/ home owner called SEVERAL times (left 3 messages), BGE called several times on my behalf also... NO response to date. So I have no idea as to when they will come out to complete the job. I don't how BGE gives contracts to a company that ignores them and the customer, who is simply trying to get a time frame as to if and when Daily will come out and complete the job.

I have seen these guys all over Baltimore in my travels for work throughout the city. They came in my neighborhood in the city and redid all of the concrete and asphalt on my street. I couldn't be happier with the work they did- now there are no more potholes on the street and it drives awesome!
