I hired Oscar Padilla to restore brick borders on my front porch and to construct brick steps to my back porch. He was professional, courteous,on time and the project looks great.I look forward to working with him again. Joe B Baltimore City

This company should be called UNreliable paving. Peter Petrovitch is not a earnest man. Never did anything he said and has an bad excuse for not doing anything as stated. Don't waste your time or money with this guy. I canceled a paving job over a month ago because of Pete poor management. Still haven't received my refund from him or the owner John Doar. Also ask for half the cost upfront. No other companies are doing this. I paid his bill to get his equipment fix. He should not be running a business like this. Negative 3 star!
