Very experienced

I had the company do my driveway and several slabs around my house. Was promised the area around the cement work would be returned to good condition. My lawn was in very good condition. Work was done last November (2013) and nothing has been done to fix my lawn from the mess that it was in the fall. One of the bosses was in the hospital with cancer, so he can't be held accountable. I called Benny to fix the problem All I got was talk. I was promised it would be taken care of and it never has been. I'm a senior who has just gone through heart surgery whose once attractive lawn is a mess.I know I should have gotten it in writing, but sometimes you just want to trust and believe people. Sadly you can't.

In July of 2013 we had the approach to our driveway replaced. In February of 2014 we noticed that the new concrete had become pitted in several areas. We called the company immediately. After three weeks we did not hear anything back so we called again. We were told that they were waiting for the snow to thaw, but that someone would be out to inspect the problem. In June, we still had not heard from them. We called three more times in the months of June and July. During the last two phone calls we were told that someone would get back with us that day or the next. It is now the end of August and we still have not had our phone call returned. We are always told that they are very busy, but it seems that after six months you should be able to return a phone call. Their customer service has been very disappointing. Update: Out of the blue, my husband received a phone call from Hard Rock stating that they would be coming out the next day in order to replace our cement. Sure enough, the next day a crew replaced our driveway approach with new cement. While it was over a year since our initial phone call, we were happy to have the situation remedied. Thank you!
