I did not use their services but had a terrible experience with one of their drivers. When I called the office to report the incident, the woman who answered was rude and suggested I contact the police. I also reached out to one of the VP/owners and he refused to acknowledge me. I was on 35W N near downtown Minneapolis waiting to get on 94W. A driver in their work truck came up attempting to get in the lane for 94 and decided to run me off the road. I was nearly hit by him and so so close to hitting the concrete wall. I honked my horn and he started waving and laughing at me. Realizing this was a company vehicle, I took a picture of his plate and ID. Figured the company would want to hear the feedback on their workers/drivers. The driver proceeded to take multiple pictures of me through his pick-up window then lean out the window taking more pictures of me. He made sexual gestures at me with his tongue, and threw something at my SUV. Eventually he pulled over and got behind me and started following me for miles. I was so fearful of him and didn't want him to know where I lived so I had to pull over on the shoulder to force him back in front of me. I'm a calm and tough driver who usually shakes things off but this guy was a testosterone jerk who scared the hell out of me. I would have preferred to call the company and have him reported, a warning, or an I'm sorry, but did not get either. This company has great reviews and their work may be exceptional, but they do not care about the safety of everyone on the roads nor disciplining their drivers.
