We had The Original Driveway Design replace our asphalt driveway, add an apron, and replace part of the walkway (including 2 steps) to our front door (June 2017). During the first phase of the project, the only issue was that they broke 4 sprinkler heads. When it came time to lay the concrete, the first scheduled date was rained out. Randy wanted to reschedule it for a Friday at 3pm when we were going out of town - so we understandably said that it wouldn't work. I don't think I have ever had someone respond as rudely - he ranted for about five minutes about how the "world doesn't revolve around your schedule", and that if we couldn't do it that day, it would push the entire project out at least a month or two. We should have found another company at that point, but we were too far in. We came home to a complete mess with the concrete. The stairs are crooked and they left concrete everywhere, killing several plants and large patches of grass. When we confronted Randy about it, he was rude again, and said he would send someone out with a saw to fix it. We asked for a discount, and he said he would only offer a discount if the concrete company (who THEY had hired it out to), would discount it. After several screaming matches on the phone, we decided to just pay the bill instead of dealing with the collections agency they would have sent. We could not be more dissatisfied.

We called multiple businesses for estimates on a new driveway, and few actually showed up. Driveway Design offered a top quality job by a locally owned and operated family business serving Plymouth and surrounding areas for over 30 years....and they most certainly delivered!!! I wish I had taken before and after pictures. If you're looking for help with your driveway, parking lot, or similar structure call Driveway Design because I promise you they will provide you with the top notch quality and expertise that is expected of them! Thank you so much Driveway Design!

We are a towing company in Plymouth Minnesota and we recently requested Driveway Design to get our back lot overlayed, they did fantastic work and were efficient. They made sure to get things finished in a quick and orderly manner to allow us to get back into our lot. We appreciate their hard work and will absolutely use them in the future for any needs we may have.
