STAY AWAY FROM CENTRAL SEAL!! I just found on another review site that Central Seal JUST PULLED THE SAME BS WITH ANOTHER PERSON ON OCTOBER 5, 2015! They pulled it with me, my neighbor, Bob P., Rachel from the other review site, another from the BBB site, and likely countless others who are not being vocal! They are on the prowl! PLEASE DO NOT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM! In my opinion, any 'positive' reviews you might find are likely from employees or relatives/friends of the employees who are in some way benefiting from the SCAM these people are pulling! Save your hard earned money and JUST SAY NO TO CENTRAL SEAL FROM EAGAN, MN!

Less than one year ago someone from Central Seal dropped by our neighborhood and sealed our driveway. They charged us $525.00 and after one week the sealer started cracking and it eventually washed right off the driveway. Our driveway doesn't look like it had been sealed at all. They used inferior product and refuse to refund our money and as of today we still haven't seen anyone to take care of resealing the drive. The phone number on the 'business card' (a laminated card) has been disconnected. We left a review/complaint on their website for rateabiz, which has now been removed from their site. We've lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as did another unsatisfied customer of Central Seal. Their complaint was closed since they were not able to contact the company. How convenient. If they won't return our phone calls, why do we think they'll talk to the BBB? All we want is for this to be taken care of professionally since there was a 3 year warranty, or so they claimed. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE ON YOUR PROPERTY!!!! This was a total scam and a rip off. Our next step is small claims court. I am sure our neighbors will be more than happy to join us since their driveway did the exact same thing. The website says they use oil based sealer another lie we were told it was water based and I believe it ... It washed right off after a few rain storms ... what a joke. These people are unprofessional and not worth the time of day. We were told someone would be out in the beginning of the summer to fix this and all we heard were excuses and lies about the owner passing away, yet the owner called us and left a message and that is the last we ever heard. PLEASE don't get ripped off like we did, find someone else to seal your driveway.

This company is great!!! A neighbor asked about his driveway the other day & if I knew a good company. I told him I only use central seal. These guys were working in my neighborhood I seen one of there trucks and asked for an estimate. The owner personally came over inspected my driveway gave me a very reasonable price. After seeing the job he did for the family I told him go ahead. The two guys came back the NEXT DAY they had the job completed in a couple of hours it looks great. But I haven't got to the best part yet. My next door neighbor is a retired teacher and on a fixed income she has no family nearby. She asked if I would send the driveway guys over so I did. She had a hole by her front door & two small holes by her garage she said I'm worried because it's like a skating rink in the winter when they fill up with water. They gave her a price to patch the holes she told them about her financial situation and that she couldn't afford it. Once I heard about that I called the owner & said I would pay for it. He said I'll swing bye on Monday and we'll talk about it. To my surprise I came back from golfing on Saturday to see my neighbors driveway patched & sealcoated. When I talked to my neighbor she said Buddy told her this ones on us. I was blown away!!!! I immediately called up central seal and asked why he didn't leave me a bill. He told me there's no charge. I had some great teachers help me so it just seemed like the right thing to do. Great company-but most important -great guys- John s. Eagan

I had some problems with the cracks and the owner called and offered to reseal the drive. They are scheduled to come tomorrow and do it. You can certainly feel that the company stands behind their work and wants to do a good job for their customers. If they follow through with their promises I will rate this company with a 5.0 and certainly recommend then to others

I am the owner of central seal I can prove we have made several attempts to make things rite with Kristen Walton kimball she doesn't want to come to an agreement the reviews on here are from my clientele not my employees as miss kimball has said I stand behind my work I'm not going to lower myself to the level miss kimball has gone to I've been legally advised to take other options against miss kimballs false accusations against my company but have chose not to because what would it solve to meet negative with more negative that's not how I run my business if I can't make things right with miss kimball I'm not sure what else I can do and to all my regular repeat clients thank you for another great season we look forward to serving all your asphalt needs for many years to come
