Gann Asphalt & Concrete has always done an extremely good job for us. We have used their service a couple of times in the past and will continue to use their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They provide value added service by working around our almost 24 hour 7 day a week operation. GANN is easily contacted and helpful with any questions. SYGMA would recommend their service to anyone at any time. Thanks for the help!

I was supposed to get a 4" asphalt overlay. I didn't know any better, and thought I got a descent job until 6 months later it started cracking. What I actually got 1-1.5" of asphalt base. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for paving services.

“Recently, Brian Gann and his Company Gann Asphalt & Concrete, restored an old parking lot for me at 1517 Oak Street in Kansas City, MO. The existing parking lot had deteriorated significantly and required patch and replace, vegetation removal, milling, slope change and overlay. Gann’s preparation and installation of my new parking lot was flawless. Gann was price competitive and created tremendous value through their attention to detail, customer service and effective communication. As such, my experience gives me great confidence to highly recommend Gann Asphalt & Concrete for any parking lot restoration.”
