American Pavement Preservation did an amazingly beautiful job at our commercial building parking lot with the seal coating and restriping. I have never had so many compliments from our tenants on how nice the lot looks! And they took the headache out of the organization of this large job by accommodating some special requests with such ease. 5 Star Company for sure!

Update: MANY side streets are not blocked off so there are numerous oncoming vehicles come at the oneway traffic which is dangerous to workers and traffic. (See pic) Also traffic again backing up into the intersection at the other end of construction now. Original review: You are blocking off 4.1 miles of highway in Show Low, AZ but yet you are only working on 50' at a time. Also your stop point is 300' from a major intersection so traffic is backing up into the intersection. #1. Move the stop point farther away from the intersection at the minimum. #2. Try using moving stop points. This would shrink the closure distance of the highway tremendously and save everyone lots of time. #3. The work looks great but your traffic skills are lacking 5 stars on the work 0 stars on traffic control (which is important and causing safety issues in the intersection) Changed to 1 stars....

The guys over at American Preservation did a great job on my street! It looks brand new again and they we're very accommodating when people had not moved their cars off the street.

I have worked with American Pavement Preservation for several years. It has been a great relationship between supplier and customer. They communicate very well, which allows us to be prepared when they come. The bidding process is relatively easy. The information is clear about what they need and when they need it. We enjoy working with their supervisor's and the owner. They have a great company. Todd Yates

Building our custom house we had to rip up part of our new street to lay more electric. They did a beautiful patchwork on our repair that ran the whole width of our court. Then we needed a driveway in the back of our property so we used them again. They did the work within days, work is great, & customer service is excellent.
