This company worked on the road right by my house they also worked on the road to my son's school. They did not post signs saying hey we are shutting these roads down you will need to take a detour starting this date nope I go to take my kid to school and I can't get off my street and had to try to flip around to go the other direction. Ok no big deal annoying but manageable. The very next day I go to take my kid to school and on a different street same damn thing no notice that I'd have to take a different route!!!!! It's decent to say hey your going to have to take a different way from this day through this day. Many other companies do this. My son was late to school and to top it all off I got a nail bigger then my tire is wide guess where.... Exactly where they had been working. Of course the hits just keep on coming. If your going to shut down a whole stretch of busy road you need to let people know about it!!!!!!

Got a notice on my door two days ago that said SNC is resurfacing our street today, OUR street. So I parked my car along a SIDE street, WHERE THERE WERE NO SIGNS SAYING DO NOT PARK, and I get woken up at 8am by my sister in law saying they are about to tow your car you better move it! I work swing shift so I am not normally up at 8am anyway. So I grab my keys and run and move my car. Thank goodness for my sister in laws impeccable timing! I would not have known where my car went if they had towed it. Here's a thought, next time you are doing work somewhere maybe you should have your notice say that you are working on side streets connected to the said street you stated you are working on, then put signs up there as well. Wherever you are doing work you might want to put signs up!

THANKS! for a tremendous resurfacing job on Hwy 70 between US 395 and Beckwourth Pass. It's a pleasure to now have a quiet, flush-margined, smoooth stretch of road. (Come back at any time for some more!)( Traffic control was well-run, with minimal disruption.)
