I had my driveway repaved in Oct 2009, within a month my old driveway was already showing. I called the number listed above and it is an answering machine, which at the time was full. I was then forced to call one of the emergency phone numbers listed on the answering machine, and the guy who answered stated they (the company) will not be open for business until the end of March. I called around the end of March 2010 and left a couple of messages, got back no response. Finally after leaving about three messages I get a call from a guy who tells me they received my message and someone else will be calling me right back. Well, unfortunately for me, I have yet to hear from that somebody and up until today, I have left two additional messages with no response. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and or paying a visit to the address listed above, if I do not receive a call within the week. This company should be ashamed and embarrassed of their lack of quality in service, as well as their communication and customer service.

You do not want to have any work done by H Williams! You will regret it if you have a problem. I had my business parking lot repaved by this outfit 7 years ago. Six months after the work was done there were major cracks showing in the asphalt. I tried numerous times to contact H Williams by phone but only got the answering machine. Most of the time the machine was full but I did leave messages four different times. No return phone call ever. I sent a couple letters by certified mail and they were signed for but again, no response from H Williams. Since then, I have been trying to patch the terrible paving job done by H Williams years ago. Its an ongoing burden and a constant reminder of the shoddy work that this company produces. Just Terrible!
