What a positive experience for us, from the first phone call to the last. Emails were returned quickly by Bill Wallace and all questions were answered promptly. The day the driveway went in, a great group of hard working people showed up, on time and ready to work. From the flaggers to the hard working group of men and the truck drivers that worked together to give us a beautiful driveway. FAST FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL are just a few words to describe this company and their team. I have already recommended them to friends and family and I will continue to recommend them. :). Happy customers!

Lakeridge Paving responded to my phone call for an estimate the same day and came out to meet me and review the project. Within days a competitive estimate was presented to me. When the projected weather forecast was right for the project they contacted me a week before. The crew was courteous to all the employees. The finished paving product was some of the best work you can get anywhere. I plan to call them back for any new projects that require paving in the future.

I have used Lakeridge Paving for our last four projects in Lake Stevens and Everett. I plan to use them for our current project in Arlington. Their pricing is reasonable, and their grade crews and paving crews have done outstanding work and have been easy to work with. Two thumbs up and a recommendation to call Lakeridge Paving with all of your paving needs, I know that we will.

Project was a apartment complex 160 + Promised completion for the project ran over delivery time of 5pm by 30 minutes complicating tenants schedules. Emergency access to the apartment complex was compromised due to work simultaneously blocking the only 3 entry’s and exits to complex with machinery and dump trucks. This needs to be reported to OSHA and the state of Washington! Staff and workers when confronted were arrogant and dismissal of tenants. Sealant of pavement is incomplete + 24 hours as well as left over equipment left in the complex. Customer service ends at 5pm with access number. NO call back from customer service when message was left on recorder.
