Before sealing my driveway, they filled the cracks, but didn't remove the grass & debris. Then they put the seal over the grass & debris. The grass is growing out of the cracks & the seal is staring to peel less than 2 days after the job was done. They didn't let the filler settle before sealing & the cracks are already opening up. I called twice, both times speaking with Christie. Her response on my first call "I will pass your info to Steve(the owner I believe) & ask him to call you. A day later no call. On my second call, Christie's response was "I passed it on to Steve, but he was extremely busy yesterday". I have the pictures of this for proof, just tell me where to send them!

I was willing to pay their higher costs because I was assured that they performed better quality work with better products. However, they "forgot" to mention that cleaning my driveway of grease or stains was additional that I, not being in this business, should have known to ask for. How is a customer expected to know what "additional" services to ask for? I made the mistake apparently that cleaning a driveway before sealing was standard amongst all the sealcoaters. Bottom line is they blew off the driveway and sealed right over all of the stains so it now looks like a darker driveway with permanently sealed in stains. I would have just paid 75$ less for the same quality from a number of other places. Don't waste the money. If they cant explain what you get and what they can do then how can you expect them to care about the final product? Their solution to "fix this situation" was to just give me a discount. That's great but my driveway still looks like crap. I will not be a repeat customer.
