A really nice guy runs the business but he doesn't do what he says he will.

Called got price-- crew completed job --very efficient and addressed all my concerns --would recommend to any one looking for a good company to work with

Michael at Mt. Airy Paving did a horrible (tar/chip) job on my driveway. After six months, you could not tell that there was any tar/chip left -- as my old driveway surface was clearly visible. Now I have to hire someone else (who looked at the drive and exclaimed "There is no tar/chip on this driveway"). Michael Boosalis does not return phone calls. But don't take my word for this. Instead, listen to the Better Business Bureau has an ALERT for this business, stating (June 2015): "As of July 2014, BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning: **Misrepresented price of job (initial quotes increased dramatically when job completed) **Poor work (cracks/breaks/repairs needed) **Dishonest sales practices (door-to-door solicitation alleging crew is "trying to use up material from another job") **Customer service concerns (no call back) **Business did not provide consumer a copy/legible copy of the contract **Work caused additional damage to property To date, the business has FAILED to provide a written response providing an explanation for the cause of this pattern and/or a plan for how to remedy the matter."

Rude. No follow-up. Called multiple times, left messages with no response, spoke with staff with promises of return calls that never happened. Don't waste your time.
