A great experience with Delaney. It was a major job with an addition 450 sq ft that need to be completely done. They didn't blink when I asked them to do some additional work. They were on time and worked hard. Reasonable and fair prices. I would highly recommend their work to anyone needing a great job and good service at good value.

Very unprofessional! John (owner) was originally hired to pave my driveway. He was constantly trying to up-sell (walk ways/other retaining walls, etc..) John agreed to install a fence that would separate our driveway from our patio area. John and his crew did a HORRIBLE job installing our fence. They filled the fence posts with concrete (which is a big nono). When the concrete hardened within the posts, the small rocks in the concrete are now protruding, pushing out the fence posts. It will only be a matter of time before the posts crack. Not to mention he paved around the fence posts. So now to remove the posts I would have to cut the driveway back, remove some of my patio area, just to gain access to the fence posts... What a total disaster he caused!!! There is a 2 year workmanship warranty written on contract, however trying to get him back to our residence is a hopeless cause, as I'm sure he is just hustling another customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and plan on going to "Help Me Hank" or another news outlet to make sure all other consumers are aware of his deplorable work!!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

I decided to receive some estimates on my driveway and front retaining wall as over the years taken damage through our winters, also my wall started to give way due to pressure from embankment. I called numerous different companies after a lot of no shows and a few ridiculous prices I met James from Delaney's masonry. A great guy but more importantly knew what he was talking about explained in detail what had to be done and why, also made sure I could understand as I work for Microsoft in computer processors and is not my field. We agreed on a fair price and start date, before any work started they gave me everything in contract which we agreed on. They completed my job to a tee. Very professional team and kept disruption for me and my family to a minimum. I am very proud of the job they done and would recommend James and his team to anyone. I would be happy for anyone to come look at the job I am located in northborough.
