I not would use again or recommend this company to anyone. Had a problem with them last year, but they came right out & fixed it. Wanted to give them a 2nd chance this year. Spoke with the Company directly reminded them of the previous problem and explained that I did not want to have the same issue this year. They said it would not happen & made an appt. for Weds. No body showed up or called. Finally on Sunday morning with still no call, a crew arrived. They gave me a bill & I explained (again) about last year's problem & how I wanted it done this year. Was assured they knew how it was to be done. A while later I saw their truck driving off & I was surprised that they did not ask me to look at the job. Again it done as I requested. I called their Office Monday and they said they would look at it and call me right back. When still no call by late Weds afternoon I called them. They told me that it was a great job and their were no problems and I was wrong. Would not set up an appointment to look at it with me as apparently my opinion does not count, just theirs. After a lengthy phone conversation they finally admitted that they "forgot" to tell the crew how I wanted it done, and that to fix their mistake, I would have to pay over 50% of the original bill more. I declined there offer, and paid the original amount to avoid any legal issues. Only thing worse than their work was their customer service. SENIORS BEWARE
