During their time paving my community, they damaged my car with their irresponsible workers. They decided that it was a bright idea to use their industrial blowers to launch gravel at my car. Not only did they damage my paint, but they also broke my windshield. They immediately tried to cover it up by washing off the car. When I got in contact with the owner, he was extremely rude and admitted that his guys "do shoot the gravel towards the cars." This man is obviously a genius. We filed a police incident report after he continued to blow us off and then he finally decided to take responsibility. He sent his "insurance adjustor" to look at the car. This gentleman was very unprofessional, had no paperwork whatsoever, did not write down anything about the car, and had no proof of identification and never presented his license. He claimed that the damage could not have been from them, but he would "cover the windshield." It has now been a week since he came and Matt Consorti, the owner, has yet to get back in contact with us. We decided to give him a call today and he could not believe that we were still trying to get him to pay for the damage. Like a child, he hung up mid conversation. We will be pursuing legal action against him and his company. Be warned before you trust him and his workers to do any sort of work.
