I've never been more screwed over by a company. I met Dom in August when he came to my house to give me a quote for a new driveway. He was a nice guy and gave me a prompt and reasonable quote. They were busy at the time, but he told me they would be finished by the end of September, giving them more than a month. I called a few times in September but didn't get any response. By the end of September, I called from a different phone number, and Dom picked right up! He apologized for not having the job done by the end of the month, but promised me they would get to it before the end of the season. I felt much better. Fast forward another month - no word and he's not picking up or responding to either of my phone numbers now. Beginning of November comes and the plants are closing soon. I'm out of town now, so I'm not easily able to show the driveway to new contractors. Luckily, I found Lynch Paving, who got right on the job and saved me before the end of the season. Let me be clear - I was never rude or difficult, always understanding, flexible, and polite. I wasn't concerned if they couldn't do the job right away - as long as it was done by the end of the season. You know what, if Dom called me after 1 month and told me they actually wouldn't have been able to do it, that would have been fine, and I would have had plenty of time to hire someone else. OR, even now that the plants are closing, if he called and apologized for totally screwing me over, that would even convince me not to write it off as a bad year for them and not write this review. But here I am, 3 full months after I got a quote, and the guy (and his office) still hasn't returned any of my many calls. No apology, no concern for my situation. For your own sake, please steer clear of this company.

I called Twin Tier Paving for a driveway estimate and explained to the owner that I was having water running from my driveway into my garage. They came with their equipment and crew and excavated the driveway and solved the water problem from entering my garage. Excellent service from these fellows. Highly recommended.
