Same story here. They were great at first in regards to getting back right away and fitting us in quickly. That was about the only good. I came home and saw how they left edges in the middle of my driveway because they ran out of pavement during the job and tried to lay a paper-thin layer down to the road only to completely run out and finish it with some base layer garbage. They were supposed to go around our bball hoop seamlessly. That was forgotten only to come back later and do it. Did not come out well. And, I have puddles all over the place. Lastly, as I expressed my displeasure professionally, the owner stated he would provide a free seal this season. I've tried to reach them twice with no return call/email. Not surprised. Probably just better off. Good luck everyone!

I had an asphalt driveway installed by Pro Pave two years ago. When the crew arrived they got right to work. Most of the guys were friendly and sociable. I went and bought them pizza and shared it with them for lunch. The heavy equipment operator looked like he was on some type of drugs and nodded in and out of consciousness it seemed like during the whole lunch break. I asked the crew what was wrong with him and they said he was just tired. After completion of my driveway I noticed that the concrete apron on my garage was scraped and cracked. I had to pay $400.00 for repairs to the garage floor out of my own pocket on top of the price for the driveway. The owner came and said it wasn't a big deal and that he would just fill it with caulk. I disagreed my garage floor was perfect before the install. I would highly not recommend them as a choice for any paving needs.

Poeple at office talk nicely, but the workers did a very poor job on seal coating my driveway. My husband and I were both at work that day. Neighbor saw the truck coming in when she drove out to drop her kid at daycare. When she drove back home within 20 mins, the truck was already driving away and they finished the so-called work.

Sadly we had an awful experience with them. They were scheduled to come out on a Friday morning at 8:00. My husband took the day off work so that he could be here. They showed up and said they didn't have enough help. So they left within 45 mins. Came back around 3:00 and again stayed for about 30 mins and again decided they needed more help and left. We were told the owner or JT would call us back that day, Friday. We never heard from anyone! After calling 2 times Friday to get rescheduled date we were told the owner or JR would call on Saturday. No one called , Monday I called again and left message. Tuesday my husband called and was told sorry they can not honor the estimate they gave us? No reason, no explanation and no apology.... My husband was upset at this point we wasted weeks with them by scheduling a date and taking off work. JR said he would see what he could do to honor the written quote they gave us..... surprise he never called back. So unprofessional.... I would never recommend them what a run around. They wasted our time and my husband wasted a day off on them. Worst customer service ever!

We had our driveway done in 2015 and top coated in 2016. Now a year later there is already grass growing from the asphalt where they expanded the driveway and no one from the company will return my emails inquiring why this is happening. Very disappointed in the customer service and would not recommend them. You get what you pay for in this case.
