My husband works for R&L and Iâ€™ve seen most of his hard work! He does an awesome job!! I definitely recommend it! They work morning to late night sometime, and itâ€™s hard hard work to do!! Iâ€™m very impressed!

I contacted R&L in February of 2017 to see if they would be willing to resurface my driveway. Jason came out to provide the quote and to discuss my situation on the timing necessary for completion of the project. I had one requirement based on activity around the house and that was the job had to be completed by late June. R&L kept their word and scheduled my job in early June. The office kept me updated as necessary on the scheduling for my job. The folks who came out were polite and professional and went the extra mile to work around some landscaping and to do the job right. I couldn't be more satisfied with the appearance and quality of the work. In the end, what I appreciated most was R&L did what they said they were going to do...complete my very small job within a given time frame.

I did not contract R&L to install my asphalt driveway, the builders of my new home did. I have only been in the home 6 months, and see I have to redo the driveway on a NEW home! They did come out to look, but the guy that came was on the defensive and it was clear they did NOT want to do anything if they could get away with it. The problems- the driveway pools and when water flows over, it runs under the house (not a great place for water). A pick up drove over the side of the driveway and a chunk came off. They were shocked a driveway would do that, but when they cleared away the pieces, it was shocking how THIN the driveway was once you got past the edge. I was told places do this to save money, but they had NEVER seen one that thin before. The guy that came out did not seem to think pooling is an issue (I was told by workers who seemed to know what they were talking about, it probably wasn't packed well before the driveway was layed). He said innane things like "how do we know what you did to the driveway after it was layed? Would you be mad at the builder if you did not like your house? HOW DO YOU KNOW? I see nothing wrong with this driveway and I doubt we will do anything". I don't have respect for a company that does this kind of work and does not stand behind their work. I also was offended by the worker that came to look and do wonder if he would treat and talk to a man the way he spoke to me. Look elswhere is my advice.

My husband and I called many different places trying to get a quote for our driveway. Most didn't call back or if they did, were unable to fit us in for the foreseeable future. Pamela called us back within 1 day and set up an appointment for the following week. The quote for our very steep driveway was incredibly reasonable and we were thrilled! The appointment was set up for a month out because they were very busy. The day before, Pamela and her partner came out to go over what we wanted again and make some measurements. Originally, she said it might take 2 days but she expected the work to be done in one. The next day her crew showed up early. They worked about a 13 hr day and got the whole thing done! I came home around 5pm and they were still working. It was very hot outside but they diligently worked until the very end of the project, smoothing out rough spot and cleaning up the gravel around the driveway. Pamela and her crew were so pleasant and informative. My driveway used to be so steep my little car couldn't drive up it. Now I have no problems and we have room for 6 cars at the top. Even though the driveway price was reasonable, they clearly did not sacrifice the quality of paving. One other we appreciated, was their consideration of the trees on our property. We made it very clear we didn't want to harm any of the beautiful large trees in our yard. Pamela discussed with us how the driveway would effect the trees and how we could limit damage to them. The driveway was finished 3 months ago and it still looks lovely. I really can't recommend this company highly enough

My husband and I left two messages on a voice recorder, a week apart and no one bothered to return the calls, even if it was just to say they are busy right now. I called this company based on a positive review from a few months ago. Very disappointed by this typical behavior.
