Called on 7/22 to get quote for commercial parking lot and was told someone would call me back ... Waited until 7/29 and after still not receiving a return call I tried again and after explaining the issue to the receptionist she transferred me to someone else and he gave me Sean's number and said I can call him directly on his cell ... I called Sean on Thursday and left him a voice and he returned the call on Friday ... I explain what I was looking for and he stated he would call me this coming Monday one hour before coming and he would give me a quote ... Waited til 330pm Monday and after not hearing from him I tried calling him and got his voicemail ... As of 615pm I've yet to hear back ... This company obviously doesn't have good customer service and can just imagine how good they respond once they do anything wrong .... Look else where

Five years ago we hired Brian at Palmetto Pavers to install pavers in our courtyard. When he finished the job and was paid in full, he told us he would have to come back in August to seal the pavers. August was because it is usually the driest month in Myrtle Beach, SC. Also he said there would be an extra charge of $500 to seal the pavers. We called Palmetto Pavers but it rained that August and Brian said he could not do the sealer. We have called every year since. When we would get Brian on the phone, he was going to come by and check the pavers so he could set up a date to do the sealer. He NEVER showed. Every time we call now we get a voicemail. I leave a message and he never returns the call. A small section is washing out from under the pavers and they are getting unlevel. Other companies do not seem to want to make the repairs and seal the pavers. I am very disappointed in Brian and Palmetto Pavers. After this experience, I would not recommend Palmetto Pavers.
