They sealed my driveway and did an ok job. There were places they missed and they definitely didn't use enough material. But they were fairly clean about it. I wouldn't use them again and recommend D&H Paving for everything.

STAY WAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR !!!!! I contracted Tom Seal and coat and Paving in December 2015. Paid 6500 dollars for driveway removal and reinstall. It is 6 months later and the driveway is falling apart, sinking in spots, and cracking all over the driveway. When you make a turn on the drive way tire track marks are left, the drive way is still soft after 6 months .Tom Warner of Toms Seal coat and Paving was contacted and made aware of the issues and refuses to stand behind his 3 year written and verbal warranty. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Tom Seal coat and Paving to anyone. The address provided above is not his real address. A certified letter was sent to the address and the owner refused the letter stating "TOM" does now live here. The letter was forwarded to the provided address "TOM" actually lives. He has not picked up the certified letter and I am waiting for the letter to be returned so I can have his real address so When I pursue in small claims court the constable will have the correct address to serve him the notice.

Toms Sealcoating capped (recovered) my existing driveway in December 2013. Approximately 1-2 months later the driveway started to disintegrate. Along with this a very small section has weeds growing THROUGH the new asphalt. A few months later Tom came out and said that the "asphalt was bad", whatever that means. He promised to repair the driveway, saying over and over that "I'm a man of my word". Well, here we are seven months later and no repairs. Over the course of the last few months he has promised to come and repair his shoddy work at least six times, and six times a no show. He even sent a worker out on a Thursday and said he would be here the following Monday, still no show. He has called numerous times and promised to repair the work, but still no show. At this point I am trying to determine my next step. If anyone has questions about the work, I have pictures and will gladly furnish them to anyone that wants them.

Did a job for a friend of mine and never finished the job. Manipulates the contract in his favor. DO NOT USE!
