EXCELLENT WORK was done recently when D. Malloy did some paving. The paving job was fantastic and was completed very quickly and organized. But that is the only reason that they get one star. I couldn't believe that a company providing such a great product would have such unprofessional staff. First off, yelling at a "customer" should never happen. The rudeness and inability to answer questions pertaining to the job was just unexceptionable. There was also an extreme lack of communication. No emails were ever answered by the staff running the job. I do not wish to speak on behalf of the entire company, but the crew that was designated only cared about business and getting the job done. I appreciate that, especially with scheduling being what it is in this day of age, but to run a successful business, your staff cannot just be good at what they do, they also have to be able to communicate and interact with others. One day our family was yelled at by the crew four times by different people for absolutely nothing. We were simply moving our cars as to not be in their way. If we tried any in-person communication, the crew would seem to not be listening and then respond with a rude comment. There was one crew member who was nice to us but he wasn't one of the main people in charge. But I do not mean to rant. I just thought that people should know that D. Malloy Paving does GREAT WORK but has a terribly horrible staff.

The owner is a total jerk. Actually he's worse than that but I'll keep it clean. As far as the staff and management their not much better. Unorganized, unprofessional and inept.
