This company has been doing our development for over 10 years (hired by HOA) and during that time have damaged my yard many times with their mowers or by weed whacking flowers/plants. They do not pay attention to what they are doing and do not care that they are tearing up wet areas with their mowers. I have put up signs in Spanish, reached out to the company and the HOA but was told it is what it is. This Spring on the first cut , the landscapers once again drove the mowers into the back lawn tearing up moss and crushing young grass. When I complained to the HOA I was told "you have been on the do not cut list for 3 years but you still need to rope off the yard every week." What is the do not cut list for??Why if I am on it do I still need to rope off my yard (which by the way does not have high grass, it is mostly moss and native plants now)? Why can't the landscapers tell the difference between weeds and blooming daffodils? Why do they have no regard for homeowners (our dues pay for their services)? So now all summer my backyard will have caution tape up, sorry in advance to the neighbors who have to look at it.

Horrible company....apparently they don’t hold their employees accountable to adhere to rules and regulations. They have been doing work across the street from my house and are there all the time after the hours they are allowed to work till and are out there working on sundays-which they are not supposed to be working at all. The police even asked them to stop working when they weren’t supposed to be, but they would be right back at it the next day. Have some common courtesy for those who already live in the neighborhood!
