I just wanted to share my experiences ,To start Mr Harrington was vary prompt to return my call as well as sit with me and my wife to design a back yard that how can I say Amazing!!!..i can't that Mr.Harrington enough.,for all the smiles he has put on my kids faces every time we come to our vacation home in myrtle beach and the first thing they do is head to the back yard oasis that Mike and his crew created for us!! I would recommend Mike to anyone that wants an amazing contractor..that not only cares about his attention to detail..but to be so persistent to make our back yard something that we wanted..and he even included my kids in the projects that we have had done over the last year!!Thanks again Mike and Cree for an awesome job and can't wait to get you again for our next project that I'm sure will be coming up soon I'm sure!!

Michael Harrington you know me and if anyone wants to know about Michael Harrington & Xtreme Pools & Hardscapes you can email me and i will in Michael Harrington's own text messages let you read his side of the story , show you pictures of his incomplete work, a daily onsite activity log of almost 4 weeks showing minimal work, manufacturers emails not recommending the material used. You then can think of 4,500 reason why . I am sorry i gave 1 star, I had no choice Michael Harrington and Xtreme Pools & Hardscapes DID NOT SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION to BBB: 1. DID NOT SUPPLY a legal myrtle beach business address. 2. DID NOT SUPPLY a myrtle beach contractors license. 3. DID NOT SUPPLY a bank statement showing material deposit money of $4,500. 4. DID NOT SUPPLY a bank statement showing withdrawal of $4,500 deposit money. 5. DID NOT SUPPLY an invoice from SCP purchasing the material. 6. DID NOT SUPPLY contractors insurance. 7. DID NOT SUPPLY a statement disputing manufacturers improper material used. 8. DID NOT SUPPLY an attorneys name. 9. DID NOT SUPPLY any information on where the $4,500 was spent. 10. DID NOT SUPPLY any factual information on why to use him. 11. DID NOT SUPPLY any factual information on why to use Xtreme Pools & Hardscapes. 12. DID NOT SUPPLY a coherent statement to BBB in reference to my claim. Michael Harrington and Xtreme Pools & Hardscapes as of this date has not returned the $4,500 deposit money never used for the project. What Michael Harrington and Xteme Pools & Hardscapes Did do. A. Supply non existing business address. B. Used wrong material. C. Demand payment in full at less then 10% complete. D. Delay delay delay the work.
