I work for NYS Enterprises and I really enjoy working here. The owner is a phenomenal leader & mentor! We pride ourselves on providing a great customer service experience to all of our customers and that makes such a great atmosphere for all the employees. It makes me proud to work for a company like that! I am really lucky & grateful to be a part of this team. Everyone is inspired to be the best that they can be each day. Who wouldn't want to work for a company like that?

I hired Nys Enterprises to install a 10' X 20' concrete patio in my back yard recently and had a bad experience. They quoted quickly and gave a good price, but did not follow through and do any work. Wednesday August 2nd was the original day the work was meant to begin. That morning no one showed up to work. I called their office twice and finally a crew came by around 3 in the afternoon without the right tools and generally not understanding what needed to be done. So they did no work and told me they would be back in Saturday August 12 to do the job. On that day once again no one showed up. I called into the office and the project coordinator's cell phone and no one answered. At the end of the day I gave written notification to Nys Enterprises that the contract was terminated. I will have to find someone else to do the work. What a waste of time. At no point in this process did Nys Enterprises contact me to say they would be late or needed to reschedule. So I was effectively stood up twice. A very rude and unprofessional way to treat a customer.
