An excellent and professional company. Can't wait to use them again to clean my lot!

There is a reason this company keeps changing their name. Formerly advertised by this name, but now known as MSI Inc. Not only is this company Horrible to work for, but they are well versed in avoiding blame or responsibility. I was generous to them when one of their sweeper trucks hit my car and decided to let them fix it in their shop rather than turn it into insurance...next time I won't be so generous....not even a year later, when I asked them to do something as simple as RE-MAIL a copy of a W-2 for my elderly, and mentally disabled father (after they said NO to him first) who had moved to Florida, their response was " I already told him, I AM BUSY, and I upheld my legal responsibility! If he wants it, he can come pick it up..." ...They can print a copy for him to pick up, but they cannot be bothered to drop it in the mail to him since he moved to FLORIDA??? I am a close family member to 2 different people who worked for these guys across a 10 year period and they have not changed who they are and how they treat people. They have only changed their name! A company that treats their employees with such a low sense of social responsibility and callous attitude... I can only imagine how they treat a customer. Wolf in sheep's clothing these guys are... Stay Away... Far Away!!
