Fair pricings on bark, most of the reviews I read of this place were made by people that don't do a lot of yard work and simply don't understand what a yard is. Nice customer support, and a wide selection of product. I recommend Hi-Grade to anyone.

Rented a mini excavator to do some backyard soil removal before we hydro seed. We called on a Friday to set everything up, was told the delivery would occur Saturday around noon. We were quoted a price with delivery charge. Noon rolls around and no equipment, so my husband calls. They do not deliver without a credit card on hold. So we give them our information and wait, at 2 pm, we call to see where they are, they say they left at 1:45 pm, we're 30-45 min away. At 3:30 we again call the company and get a voicemail. They finally arrive at 3:40 and make us pay with a check for a different amount than what was quoted. Thankfully my husband is an operator because the machine kept overheating every 90 minutes or so. They were supposed to pick up the machine Monday and when I got home from work it was still in the driveway. I called the office and spoke with a very nice lady who helped me. Explaining the above to her, she apologized and said the guy who took our order was new, they do not in fact even deliver to Graham, and the pricing difference occurred because he quoted us on the wrong equipment. They also do not guarantee times of delivery. She was very honest and stated the owner had not trained the guy hardly at all as his focus is on asphalt and not rentals and basically can't be bothered to train people if he doesn't feel like it. As a business owner myself I will not using this company again.

Terrible They tried to pass off 3 yards as 5 Then made me jump through hoops to prove it was not right amount. No apologies when I spoke with owner after I was being jerked around on getting the rest of my delivery. Many other places to choose from use them.

Beauty bark is expensive. I just wish they would have cleaned the gravel out of the backhoe before loading my bark..
