I used to work for Still Seal Coating and in my 25 years of employment history, I have never encountered such an unprofessional business/business owner. There is NO commitment to or concern with doing the best quality job. Instead it's more of a Get the job done as quickly and as cheap as possible understating. This generally isn't a terrible practice for a business to adopt as it is very crucial to work fast & mantain low costs for materials & labor. However, this company sacrifices job quality to make a quick buck and move on to the next driveway. Many times I witnessed driveways that needed to be pressure washed in preparation for sealer but sadly, never ONCE used a pressure washer working with Still Seal Coating. The crack filling was a joke, often just dumping tar in cracks that hadn't been properly cleaned of debris and/or weeds. This left the cracks looking horrible upon completion & the tar being easily pulled up and out of the crack by a simple tug. To cut cost on sealer & Make it last longer, we were advised to keep adding water which dilluted the sealer & compromised it's quality a great deal, rendering the sealer completely ineffective. I was very often ashamed of and embarrassed by the work we did but I brought up quality concerns, they were abruptly dismissed and I would be told it would turn out fine but the reality was, they book way too many jobs to provide quality. It's all about getting that one completed and moving to the next one. There was many days that we had to prep, crack fill and seal more than 10 driveways in a single day. The owner is like nobody I've previously worked for in regards to his complete lack of care for his customers & as far as his treatment toward his employees, I could write a short novel on the shady management/employee relations. Every summer he basically works his employees 12+ hours a day and doesn't even pay time and a half for overtime. About midway through the summer he somehow runs out of money and can't pay his employees unless we drive around to customers' houses and collect payment on their invoices. Then we could use some of that money toward our paycheck. He brings in his ex wife to manage the employees after a couple months into the season because he mismanages this company so poorly. She is the rudest & most intolerable person I have ever had to deal with on a business level. She comes in and basically gives an ultimatum of either taking a huge pay cut or not being scheduled for jobs. What a joke! This is all just a sample. I could add so Much more. Needles to say, I would strongly recommend against doing business with them & even more strongly against working for them.

Still Sealcoating has done a wonderful job maintaining my driveway over the years. Friendly and fair.

Still Sealcoating ruined my driveway! With what looked like a very thin sealer as it never really soaked into the asphalt,6 hours later it rained and that thin layer washed all over the driveway leaving oily residue from the sealer and stains everywhere! They agreed to redo the driveway but said the initial application should have no affect on the redo,I researched that topic and most contractors said it needed to be pressure washed which they did not,so they redid my driveway again and I now have footprints from where the workers stepped in the sealer,BLUE SPLOTCHES EVERYWHERE,cracking sealer after only a month and wide deep squeegee marks all over,It looks even worse than before, these clowns will ruin a nice driveway! Click on Google User for pictures of after rain and footprints and streaks! Update: Contacted them about lousy redo job and they agreed to have someone come over and figure out why my driveway has blue splotches all over and a very uneven finish! Update: No one has contacted me or come out to see the damage they have done to my driveway,I have asked for a full refund and have contacted my lawyer about taking them to small claims court for a refund, court costs and redo costs! Don't trust this company, very shady and they actually will make your driveway look worse than before! These clowns will ruin your driveway!
