Got a $13,500 truck in June 2018 and of course after their fees it was over $16k, 1yr later without missing a payment I asked how much was owing and it was still $16k. This is ridiculous and they're a bunch of criminals. Plus I was told after 8mnths of perfect payments my interest would be lowered but after 8mnths they said that's not true but it'll be lowered after a year, well it's a year and it's not lowered.

I met with a financial advisor, she checked my credit and we discovered that the amount owing is close to $20,000 on a ten year old $12,900 vehicle I got 2 years ago and have been making perfect bi-weekly payments on. How the hell does that make any sense?!!! I am calling the news troubleshooters, the better business bureau and then the RCMP, you are ruining people's lives with arbitrary and predatory business practices that should be illegal. I have never dealt with such an awful, EVIL company like this before. Now I don't expect you to respond to this (because you monsters never have before), but I am making it my new mission in life to make sure this doesn't happen to other people. I am not a particularly religious person, but the only small consolation I get right now is the thought that all you scummy, ridiculous, greedy, freaks will burn in hell for your unscrupulous business practices.
