Just transferred to this bank. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Came as a walk-in customer and a lady named Lisa helped me. She’s very knowledgeable and informative. Although floors were needed to clean.

My wife and i were serviced by and outstanding customer service representative named Melissa who in our opinion was friendly and very professional, i came in to pay my visa , and i asked about a online question which was regarding a pre approved line if credit? And with in minutes she had helped me out with all my questions, we required additional information ,and she had referred us ,to speak with Miranda who finished with the transfer of our visa to a LOW interest rate line of credit account Saving us a wad of cash 💰!! These ladies are the reason why we deal with this branch of-the R.B.C. Empire , because for them going above and beyond is “just called SATURDAY “ great job ladies

Real lack of banking understanding by male cashier today. Wanted to put a 5 day hold on a draft I was depositing today, even though I had the bank receipt. Took my draft to TD and they deposited right into my account. Highly recommend using TD over RBC in Spruce Grove

I visited this bank right before they close. Glenda helped me, she was so fast and helped me with everything with a smiling face. Thanks Glenda. Keep it up !
