My experience with the staff at this branch has been excellent. The customer service representatives, the tellers , the managers and various in branch specialists have always been willing to bend over backwards to solve any and all of my concerns. I have been a customer for more than 2 decades.

Prefer Magrath branch even though this is my main branch. Tellers here are not the friendliest and the lineups are usually very long! I also do not like seeing elderly people or people with clear disabilities having to stand that long. I always let them go before me but this branch needs to learn to accomodate their customers better! Management here is very bad and this bank loves to keep you in debt with their high interest rate credit card. Tried to get their assistance with a lower rate card but they were totally unaccomodating!

Staff are generally friendly, but sometimes I get different instructions from different people for the same issue. Quite confusing. I have dealt with a couple of tellers and a "specialist" who told me they will update my account but 2-3 months later I will find out from a different teller that nothing was ever done to update it. I'm not sure if they have staff who are not sufficiently trained or were just very busy they forgot. On the other hand, their mortgage specialist Joyce is definitely a gem. Very accommodating, very knowledgeable and will even go out of her way to help you. Thanks Joyce! I have recommended you to my friends and colleagues at work. It was great working with you.

Staff and management less than helpful. Horrible.

I have to go to this branch for business and this is the 3rd time while standing first in the business line and they have help over 5 people who entered the bank after me. Am I wrong to assume that the business line is priority.. I know at TD they would have helped me.
