I usually don't write reviews. However, Mojgan was so unique that I strongly believe banks need more people like her in their teams. She is one of the few people who took my problems, as a first-time home buyer, as hers and tried her best to get the best options considering my financial condition. She is very knowledgeable about the mortgage and its regulations, limitations, and options, which are changing daily bases in Canada. Please do yourself a favour and call her.

Mojgan is a fantastic mortgage specialist. Undoubtedly, I highly recommend Mojgan. During the past few months we have had four successful mortgage applications with Mojgan. She effortlessly worked with us to find the best solutions for our unique financial circumstances. She guided and helped me to re-finance my previous mortgage with a better rate and lower monthly payment which resulted in a new financial condition and qualification for the second mortgage. Mojgan is very knowledgeable about the Government's, BMO's and Insurance's rules, procedures and requirements. She goes above and beyond her typical duties to turn any difficult conditions to easy and acceptable solutions for her customer's interest.

Mojgan is an amazing mortgage broker. Recently, I worked with her on purchase of my first property which is usually stressful situation, however, she is so experienced, professional and knowledgeable in her work which makes a process for client smooth and easy. She deeply cares about her client as she asks questions to get a full understanding of your needs and financial situation. She is very knowledgeable and explains the process in details and she will get you the best product you can ever get. I will definitely work with her in future. I strongly recommend her if you are looking for a great mortgage broker.

Mojgan recently facilitated transferring a couple of mortgages to Bank of Montreal for me with the lowest possible rate. I found her with extensive experience and good knowledge of mortgage policy with different financial institutions and in particular the Bank of Montreal. I can say she takes care of her clients very well.
