Trevor the only reason I had to use my wife's account is because you stopped responding to my phone calls and texts every number I used As a response to you Trevor this is flex Plumbing and heating you have the invoice and I have all the messages from you dodging to pay I do not know corrie nor do I care I am another person who he did not pay invoice for services complete. I do have all proof of payment agreement and all the times Trevor said he would pay me but didn't and than proceeds to dodge me. I am a small business owner with young family and this guy ripped me off, he even thanked me for doing a good job

for the last few months weâ€™ve been trying to remortgage our house to be able to use the equity and weâ€™ve been with a few mortgage broker but totally left us in the dark with really NO explanation why or no particular plan. Then i got a hold of Trevor Fenn and within 24 hours he was able to meet with us and review all the necessary plan. Within 48 hours he was able to come up with a resolution and things are looking good. He was able to explain things that werenâ€™t really explained to us. He was prompt and knowledgeable with what he does and really helpful with the quick turn around. Canâ€™t wait for him to get our house in the market so we can finally plan our next house. Thank you Trevor

Very difficult to get a hold of. VM always full, he kept rescheduling us until we mentioned we were going to someone else instead. Did not make us feel welcomed and seemed to rush through information, talked about his money and wealth a lot and his big house and cars. Were advised not to go through with Trevor from the start, will now go elsewhere.

We recently lost a close family member and I learned I was to be executor of the will. When it came to selling off the house, Trevorâ€™s knowledge and skill at his realty craft became evident. But more importantly to my family and me, Trevorâ€™s kindness and compassion shown helped to ease us through an extremely difficult time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDSTER!!! Please backcheck before working with him. He is being sued, has been sued and lost for fraudulent activities. Don't believe these magical 100% positive reviews that popped up in recent months. His reputation around Calgary says it all. He probably paid these reviews to be posted with the money he's stolen.
