BMO, as an institution, has lost sight of what it means to provide good customer service. They will play around with your money, as well as your access to it, as if your life wasn't completely pay-to-live. Random changes to accounts and interest rates, silly rule changes, obvious errors left unanswered... it's like dealing with a kleptomaniac! And the fees! It's not like they don't profit billions every quarter off their own investments with fractional reserve banking, but EVERYTHING costs extra with these people! They offer puny savings interest that gets eaten up by their own fees, it's a good thing we need money services so bad or we'd never go back! This branch is a perfect example of their attitude towards the people that rely on their services. They'll straight-up lie to you about how long your funds are going to be on hold for and about what's really happening when they're obviously failing to provide answers. The limits on your accounts are arbitrary and mean nothing, everything gets held for ten days even if they tell you that a few hundred should be available. The only thing the bank, as a whole, is good for is direct-deposit and pre-authorized debit, where theres no paper and no people involved. DON'T BOTHER TRYING to make deposits or get answers at this location, they think everyone is a hood-rat scam-artist and have no problem just half-trying until you realize what's going on and leave, or just lying to you to get you out the door and off their nerves. Then they act all concerned once you lodge a complaint or write a bad review... don't be fooled, there's nothing but lip-service after that either, they're still the same apathetic entitled money-mongers underneath. Be better BMO...

I appreciate the efforts, the output and the lengths that the staff at BMO went through to make sure all my needs and request were met. I sincerely have to say thanks to PrabhSimran "Simran" S. She was super helpful , really respectful, very kindand very understanding. Even though what I asked for took time, she was patient, and went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly. And for that I am truly grateful! Thank you Again Simran! Your service was so on point! , your professionalism was exceptionally good! Trust me when I say you are highly acknowledged and greatly appreciated !!

Even the manager needs more training at this branch. Tried to deposit an insurance settlement cheque to the leinholder of my totaled car. The cheque had my name and the lenders name. They said they couldn't for various reasons. Interestingly I went to a different branch and had no issues. This bank has terrible customer service, untrained staff and the actual bank looks deplorable. Recommend using a different branch.

Bank of BMO has been a solid choice for me. Their customer service is commendable, with representatives who are helpful enough. The online banking platform is user-friendly and efficient. However, there have been occasional delays in customer service response times. Overall, it's a reliable bank that meets my needs.
