I was looking to purchase my first home (condo) and so a close friend of mine put me in touch with James. James and his team were excellent! They helped me through the whole process, answered all of my questions and provided me with the information I needed to make informed decisions. With James' help, I was able to purchase my first home! I highly recommend James, he will take care of you very well!

I was looking to purchase a second condo and having had such a great experience with James the first time, working with him again was a no-brainer. I had a lot of questions - James and his whole team were always available to answer and sometimes (re answer) my many questions. They made a confusing and seemingly daunting process very easy for me. I will absolutely work with James again.

Steve brought transparency, availability and a whole lot of experience to the table. The process was far more efficient than other banks and brokers I dealt with. All of our interactions were digital or over the phone - I didn’t have to go into the office once! Steve and Zayna, thanks for making the purchase of my first house possible!

James and his team were recommended by my realtor, Brendon Cowans, and did a top job. They were exceptionally responsive and eager to help and made the whole process a streamlined one from start to finish. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

James and his staff did a great job providing us a mortgage although we have non traditional incomes. Another broker could not find us a top lender and the rates were much higher than what James was able to provide. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
