Wow. I have never in my life experienced this level of customer service. Brenda ( short hair) decided to lecture me that she had been working as a teller for 11 years and she has never received a customer complaint. Well Brenda, this may shock you but let me say you delivered me the biggest attitude and worst customer experience I have ever felt in a bank. I am in the process of closing all of my accounts because of how I was treated, as well as the condescending tone and attitude throughout. When your first reaction to a clients question about why something is happening is ' I can give you the customer complaint handout and you can leave" Great great great work. Shocking people stop going into the banks to do business these days.

Good branch. Wait times a little long sometimes but no unreasonable.

Brutally slow service in there. Never enough tellers on.

i opened a bank account here today and the people working here are great. My advisor was Jason Phillips and he was very professional and took time to explain everything in detal and most imortantly did not push me to buy unnessessary crap like other banks do!!

Horrible customer service; manager Abgail Surian didn't want to help customers and was awfully rude. People like this should work in a garbage dump - where there is limited customer interaction!
